Yummy Spare Ribs … Recipe Put to the Test

I am cooking up some ribs today. It’s my first foray into rib cookery and I hope it turns out. As my guide, I’m using a highly-rated recipe called “Fall off the Bone Chinese Spareribs” from my favorite recipe site, RecipeZaar. This involves a long simmer or rather a sort of slow boil process and smells heavenly while cooking. Judging by the included photo, the end result should be yummy.
